Mythbusters, one of my favorite shows with a myth from one of my other favorite shows. Talk about a great combination.
It was kind of a pointless myth, if a myth at all, but was still cool all the same. Simple physics explain away any possibility of a myth.

I wonder what happened to the Camaro after filming? I'd love to buy it.

Yeah, that was pretty cool. I know it is simple physics, but when I was little I always asked my parents why KITT didn't fly through the semi when he hit the ramp. And lo and behold, the mythbusters asked the same thing, haha.
I even liked their test with miniatures.

I wished they'd explain backing out of a moving semi. Although they did it, I wanted an explanation. There was a breif explanation on the season 1 dvd set but it didnt answer my question.
Do you have to let it roll out in Neutral then when all 4 wheels are on the ground then you drop it into drive?

Thanks for the link! An excellent clip.
Maybe it was an excuse to do an easy MB? Or better, an excuse to show KR!

Yeah I thought that. Why didn't they just look (and show) clips from the series - it would have shown everything.lordvader wrote: It was kind of a pointless myth, if a myth at all, but was still cool all the same. Simple physics explain away any possibility of a myth.
