Fanart - The Future of Knight Rider
This is a manip of a 2002 Trans Am. I modified the front end and tried to imitate the bowling ball hubcaps. Hope you like it...

That works for me, except the fog lights really look out of place.
I recently saw a Trans Am of that model for sale at a car lot. Teal in color, I think. Occured to me that the nose on it is kind of a more rounded idea of KITT's.
At the same lot recently there was also a 1985 for sale. Black with gold at the base. Pretty good shape for its age. It must've sold. I regret not taking a closer look.

I plan on getting a Firebird. Where you at and how much?Bondservant wrote:I think the 98-2003 Fbirds were way too round in the nose area ... i own a 94 Fbird and i like the pointer nose, looks sleeker plus meaner would make a good KITT with some additions here or there.
Also i have a black 85 Fbird for sale anyone want it? lol

Nice pic, but to purple. Seems like the car would be silver reflecting the sky instead of jet black. If it were black, it'd be sweeter.
I've seen these style T/As and the Ram Air models, etc. I have a model of a 2001 I think, in convertable style by Welly. Sweet cars. Though I still have a thing for the '77s and early 3rd gens.

Ah I see, yeah a bit too far for me. I was looking for something with a good engine and fairly good interior. The body didn't matter much as I would be doing the outside first. Seems like the dashpannel and everything that goes inside cost more that converting the outside. So I would be doing the outside first then slowly getting everything for the inside. I hope you find a buyer.Bondservant wrote:I am in Illinois and I don't know how much i can even get for it yet. the body is in fairly good condition...lil rust around rear fenderwells but interiro needs totally redone and needs some engine work...engine itself runs fine but need new headgaskets and the carbureator either rebuilt or a new one. It's cool. None of them are my work though. I like using Photoshop, but I'm no where good enough to make pics like that. The post I got them from was like from Feb. or Mar. of last year. I loved the pics so much I just had to keep them. To the artists who made those masterpieces I give you a well deserved thumbs up. Or since we don't have an emoticon for that, how about a dance of appreciation.KARR77 wrote:lol those pics you put up LadyV puts the ones i posted awhile back to shame.
