i got a walmart gift card from my grandparents for christmas. i didn't think the book would be there, but i looked anyway just for grins and giggles.
yay! knight legacy is there. it's sold out though, so i'll have to wait til they get more in stock. must be a popular book to get sold out

Um, are you sure that it is the Knight Rider Legacy? Because there is a new fantasy book out called 'Knight Legacy', that Wal-Mart has been carrying, and it is a best seller.
Otherwise, for the most part, it all depends on the store buyer, if they order in copies of the book, then it will be in store, otherwise, the book was almost exclusively an online deal on amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

Not sure if KITT means the actual WalMart local store, or walmart.com, because walmart.com is showing the Knight Rider Legacy book, and that it is out of stock.
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product. ... 20%3A28377
It's their only Knight Rider product.

Well, since it is a print on demand book, I am guessing that they will continue to say 'out of stock' until you order, then they send the order in and complete it. (logically, that is how it should work, one would think)

oh, so i should just order it anyway? the whole 'out of stock' thing really puts off buyers, though, if you ask me.. cause i was just going to wait til they had it in stock. but if it's a 'print on demand' sort of dealie, well i'll just order it anyway.
i am ordering it from walmart.com (shudders) cause i have a walmart giftcard and i can hopefully use it there.

I'm not totally 100% sure that is how they are working it, but that is the only thing that make sense, so they don't have it taking up warehouse space if it doesn't sell. (goddess forbid)

Wow, me thinks that you need to take a deep breath and slow down on the typing, that smashed together paragraph could mean so many things.

Not everybody has been looking for it, most have found it where it has always been: online.
Calm down, you might want to type your messages out first into MS Word, and spell check them then cut and paste onto the board so that others can properly understand you.

You mean that you aren't old enough to buy it online, and your parents won't let you, right?
Shipping and handling is no different from sales tax that you pay anyway.
And once again, MS Word is a great thing.

well my parent's yes they don't like buying things over the internet. but ebay.ebay is like the only place that they will let me bids on because i'm growing up and these days i'm paying for every thing that i want. so it's gettting harder for me that my parents don't that many things as i use. they pay for only for the doctors aqnmd if we go out to eat. those are like the only places that they pay for me. but it's good for me working alot on weekends and stuff. so yes some time i don't have the money things on the internet.
