An updated version of the Atari 2600 with an exact replica of the original joystick seen on Knight Rider releases November 17 (this Friday as of this post) in the US.

The joystick is seen in season 2, episode "Soul Survivor", in which a kid controls KITT with the popular Atari joystick. 8)

This "Atari" 2600+ will play almost all of the old 2600 and 7800 cartridges and has HDMI for a super crisp picture on a modern TV. But, man, it will be extremely blocky on a big screen! :lol:

I have a small museum of old consoles, including the Atari 2600 and 7800, with a fair amount of cartridges that would work on it (as well as controllers), so I'm kind of debating on getting it. Maybe I'll get it later some time. :?:
