I need help finding this episode

Hi everyone. Can anyone help me with this episode. Michael and Kitt are pursuing motorcyclists through a resevoir after they've assaulted Devon but the cyclists escape through a tunnel. Can anyone ID this Ep and from what season? Thanks for the help.
