No Big thing

With nothing good on television waiting for so many shows to return from their summer hiatus, I decided to rewatch the original series again. I was watching No Big Thing and noticed at the end of the episode, Devon escapes the prisoners truck, which isn't shown in the episode, and also that kitt says 2 people are pursuing one which could probably be Devon. How could he make that conclusion? Where did the other 2 inmates go? Why would Devon, who had no idea that Michael and Kitt was coming for him, leave a truck (which was his best way of escaping that miserable corrupted town) to get lost in a field?

Heheheee...having taken a stab at writing, I've become familiar with how easy it is to let loop holes and mysterious conclusions occur. Now, trying to tie up such issues on a timed basis, like a television show requires, would be a true challenge for each and every script. Pile on top of that how editing for time, creating a schedule of shoots, notions from others in the loop, etc. may affect things and I've come to appreciate that any kind of television show of any complication can even function.

Still, as a viewer, it's pure fun to point out how a character from the 1800's could possibly have a digital watch peeking out from under his time era shirt.
