I think the DeLorean would give KITT a serious run for his money in the "popularity contest" among the average American. They both are neck and neck for being the most recognized car of the 1980's. In a head to head battle, KITT's MBS could easily go through the DeLorean's stainless steal ...

Re: The Hasselhoff Move!!!!!

Ok the point - Did everyone ever pay attention to when Hasselhoff gets into a fist fight? Whether it's Baywatch or KR, he always uses the same move in every fight! Whenever someone throws a punch, The Hass always blocks it with his arms and then throws a counter punch with the opposite arm. Just a ...

^The 4th season had the excellent episode "Scent of Roses".

But I do not agree that the 4th season was "harsher and more realistic".

Definately the 1st Season!! It was more mature and somewhat more serious then Seasons 2-4. The antagonists in the 1st Season felt more real, like they could possibly really exist. The story lines felt more real and more mature too. The 1st Season didn't have that campy comic book feel that Seasons 2...

Count Dracula, you are my new hero (wow, there's an odd sentence!) Most people seem to like KITT vs. KARR more than Trust Doesn't Rust, but I'm a crazy person like you who likes TDR much more. I felt KARR was a more interesting character in TDR, because technically he wasn't evil. He was basically ...

I just watched the Hasselhoff vs. Hasselhoff fight!!! The stunt double is so hilariously obvious in this scene. If I had a scanner, I would post a pic of this fight, because it is so unintentionally funny.

Vin Diesel is too tough and serious. You need an actor who has a sense of humour about working with a talking car.

The Garth-Michael fight at the end of Goliath

It's freakin' hilarious! Today is the conclusion of "Goliath" on sci-fi channel. I've got to remember to watch the end of this episode, as I always thought the fight between Garth and Michael was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Actually most of the fights on KR were funn...

Re: KITTs scanner rarely questioned

I only remember one episode where Michael was asked about the funny red light, I think he said it was a garage door opener. Were there any others? I too, have wondered why more people never questioned Michael about KITT's scanner. Or why the cop's didn't pull him over for having an illegal light on...

Re: Knight Rider stuff

First off let me state that I am new here to the board. I have always loved Knight Rider and with the recent addition to the Sci fi channel, I have been hooked once again. Anyway, onto my topic. I was on cafepress.com making some products for my website (which you can view via my profile). I decide...

Anyone under 35 (or even 35) is pretty damn young. I don't agree with you, but Bless You for saying that! Mike (thirty-something) LOL. Well I'm 25, so now that I'm closer to 30 then 19 or 20, I've changed my opinion on people in their 30s that I had as a teenager. Suddenly folks in their 30s are lo...

Re: opening credits

Does anyone else think the opening credits of KR promise something which just isn't delivered in the show. The opening sequence leds the viewer into a dark hi-tech world, much along the lines of the Micheal keaton Batman movie...it really appears to be a dark futuristic world.... then you watch a l...

In A Good Knight's Work, we see Michael Long's tombstone, born Jan. 9, 1949. So Michael was 33-37. He's not "old", but definitely getting into the middle-age area. As far as television is concerned, I would consider people in their 20s still young, but 30 is kind of a turning point. (trus...

Re: Did anybody like the character RC?

I find RC to be an annoying useless character who was added to Knight Rider because he was black. Gotta love that affirmative action, folks. He served no purpose but to beg Michael to go along and leave the semi without a driver. Blah- go away, RC. -Scott The thing is, most American made TV shows d...

I never heard of the National Fox network. I have Warner Cable, and I get most cable stations. I keep surfing for that channel, but I don't see it. I only have my local FOX affiliate.

Michael Knight a bad fighter

I hated how Michael would always high kick the bad guys too. Every other episode had Michael give a silly looking high kick, or an ugly roundhouse kick to the bad guys face. That was just stupid beyond belief. I don't think any sane person fights like that in real life. Michael had the lamest fighti...
