This week I bought season 4 from play.com and I am very dissapionted with the dvds.In the first pack I have two same dvds disk two instead of disk 1 and disk 2.I contacted play but till now no reply.I hope that they change my dvds with a proper good one.

Do some one ever tried to contact Universal Playback via email?Because I tried to contact them via website and they did not reply back.Do some one have there e mail address?

Universal Playback are terrible at replying. If you are asking about your Season 4 set, you need to send that back to Play.com, not Universal Playback.

Yes play.com I have found are good at customer relations.

But I also find that Universal playback are rubbish.

It's not even worth bothering contacting them for anything, they just don't care.
