The Mysterious 3rd Season Reappearing Man
By complete accident did I notice this:
From the Blooper Reel:
From "Knight Strike":
From "Knight of the Drones":
Anybody have any idea who this guy is? My guess is he's a crew member from the 3rd season.

Jack Starrett played Lt. Barth, but that isn't him.
It's definitely someone who worked on the crew; he also appears as early as "White Bird" -- the security man who searches for Michael during the break-in to Cole's office. He was a plain-clothes cop in "Brother's Keeper", but not credited (the credit goes to the speaking cop).
There is another case of a mysterious reappearing man in Season 3 (who also appears in the bloopers reel. He is the driver of the van at the climax of "Knight in Retreat", and the car-carrier rig in "The Ice Bandits". He was also involved in the fight scene in "Merchants of Death". In the bloopers, he can be seen walking with another crew member, and probably worked for the stunt department/2nd Unit.
He's the guy on the left of the shot:
