KR 2010 car

Fellow Knight Rider fans I have discovered the ware abouts of th KR 2010 car. It is sitting in the Personville auto yard. in passadena california. Now abandoned. If you want to see the car, go to Troy Paivo photograoher click on pearsonville junkyard

That's probably where that car belongs. I remember seeing the commericals for Knight Rider 2010 on whatever secondary channel it was on years ago and getting excited about a return of Knight Rider, but that movie was terrible.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the Knight Rider series, but 2010 never excited me at any level.

I like the car too And the movie wasnt that bad especially when I was like 10 or 11 at the time I think,even now it kinda had that camp value to it.Sucks to the interior get messed up like that

Knight Rider 2010 aka MetalForce: Apocalypse in LA is a good movie, it just isnt a good Knight Rider movie because it has no ties whatsoever to the original series. Personally, if it wasn't named KR 2010 and named MetalForce when it had it been released in the US, I believe it could've survived as a series.

I remember when I saw this movie, it disappointed me at every turn. I watched the first half thinking "What does this have to do with Knight Rider."

Then when the main character(didn't care enough to remember his name) stumbles on to that junkyard, I was so excited because I thought, "He's going to find KITT!!!" Not I liked the car, which was a 69 Shelby Mustang, but was so disappointed. Then at the end, when the spirit of his girlfriend ends up in the car because of the computer crystal, I about threw the TV away.

I don't know if this would be considered spoilerish or not, but I stuck a tag on there anyway. To me the movie looked more like it belongs in the Mad Max story line rather than Knight Rider.

Looks like a 1983-84 Dodge Charger - Omni Fastback...possibly even a Shelby Charger?
