The desert route (where Michael phoned Devon) after this scene has been posted in page 11.

There are two major cues to this location:
1. California Aqueduct
2. Crystalaire Country Club (this is the only 'oasis' around)
real location:
approx. 32386 Valyermo Rd, South Antelope Valley, CA

Here is my recent visit to this location. It's not a through street, though

It's been a while but I think I found another filming location...the bar from "Short Notice"...this one was actually pretty easy, as they say the name of the bar in the episode and you can see the sign:
Little Nashville Bar
13350 Sherman Way
North Hollywood, CA
Here you can see the address number:
and here is it today:
Looks like the exterior has changed quite a bit - we may need someone (Sue!) to do a drive-by and take some photos.
Joe
P.S. I can't prove it yet, but I think the building used for Armorbuilt in "Buy Out" is very close to this bar!!

So...I've been spending way too much time trying to find the location of Arthur Wexley's house in "Short Notice". The visual clues would make it easy (you'd think). It's located right around the corner from La Mesa Ave/Rd/St:
Since the bar was filmed in North Hollywood, one would think this house would be in the general area as well. However, I can't seem to locate it. Some more pics:
Back of the house:
Front Gates:
And here's the address number...but we don't know which road this is, just that it intersects La Mesa:
Let the hunt begin!

That would be La Mesa Dr & San Vicente in Santa Monica. The image above shows a fence on the left, that's a tennis court, but now the fence is covered in kudzu and vines and whatnot. On the opposite side of KITT you see a wall. That wall is a barrier between the road and someones home, and that wall is also covered in vines.
The homes actual address is 1725 San Vicente. Once again, lots of vines and overgrowth on the stone columns.
Joe or someone else, could you grab some shots. I'm at work and shouldn't even be doing this right now! lol...

Another minor one...KITT parked outside while Michael searches the lockers for Ron's tapes in "Goliath":
Outside of the Lady Luck casino, 206 N. 3rd St, Las Vegas. Compare the building on the left:

BINGO! I found Kincaid's estate from "Inside Out":
It's the King Gillette Ranch (of Gillette Razor Fame)
26800 Mulholland Highway
Calabasas, CA

Another one down!

Sweet! How in the world did you catch a lead on that place?
I can just see KITT out there now, tearing the grass up!

Thanks! Well, I had heard that an Airwolf fan located this estate, as it was used in an episode of that show as well. The only info I could get from that board was that it was located in the Santa Clarita Valley...so I started doing google searches for "Santa clarita estates" and "Santa Clarita Ranches" and after about a week of on and off looking, I stumbled upon it!

Awesome. I did the same thing with the House of the Rising Sun. When I found out it was in Santa Clarita I would even scroll aimlessley around in Google Earth and Virtual Earth looking for a roof with a peak lol. Still haven't found it, but I think the word is it was torn down.

Great job!
Here is a location that needs some help. It's a street chasing scene in 'The Final Verdict'.
I am pretty sure it is filmed somewhere in San Pedro (the final scene that Joe posted
a long time ago also took place on a pier at San Pedro Harbor). San Pedro is one of
few places in LA that have steep streets similar to those in San Francisco.

well. it sounds good!
great! :]] Is Toluca a great place anyway? I've never been to that place.

Ooops, I'm way behind in reading this thread. I'll try to catch up with my responses.
FalconCrest was the Arden Villa privately owned at the time? I seem to have no luck getting in contact with the owners?
One_man, sorry you couldn’t get in to the dry lake I’ve never had any problems. To really enjoy the fun of getting your car out there you have to go on a good dry day.
I actually have video of the second time I went that I never posted. But the second time I has quite the blast and probably got SHADO up to about 90 out on the lake I'd of gone faster but I was worried about running out of lake, some of those bumps at the edges are not ones a car wants to meet going 90.
iGav thanks for the info on that palace, I had hoped someone would recognize it.
And Mexico-fg, Taluca Lake is a great little town. It’s also within a mile of Universal Studios.

Yep, stones definately line up. That is really odd though, move the door to the right by only 2 feet? Why move it at all?

I meant to post this location a long time ago.
It's a highway cruising scene that appeared in multiple episodes,
such as "Not a Drop to Drink" "The Final Verdict" "Merchants of Death",
and in either southbound or northbound directions.
It has been widen to two lanes each direction today.
Location: Mountain Top Junction on State Route 138, CA
GPS: 34°23'50.99"N 117°34'49.68"W
Google Street View:

I just want to go on record and personally thank everyone that has done the legwork in finding these locations. I also want to thank Sue, One_man, and anyone else I missed that has used their time, effort, and gasoline to actually go out and personally photograph the "now" versions of these locations. I think it's threads like this that make this such a cool hobby and bring all of us together.
