O.K. guys I think I've found it. The scanning effect from the trailer on the Knight Rider 2008 movie. I don't recall if I heard it on the movie, but it is in the trailer. Here is a link to show the sound. Best I could do on for now.

I got the knight rider sound effect but would like to remind you that this is not in a SUPERB QUALITY but not bad.
