Unbeknown to FLAG, the CIA have been developing and constructing their own super-car, far more deadlier and faster than KITT. Fitted with state-of-the-art computer systems, generations ahead of KITT's, and armed with actual offensive weapons, including machine-guns, cannons, rocket launchers, grenades and lasers, this brand-new, classified machine's creator is out to put FLAG under scrutiny, by proving that his car is what KITT should be by now. We also learn that this particular man was once on Wilton Knight's development team, but whose ideas and concepts were always opposed, and never given the chance.

This man also has friends in high places, with a select few of equally-ruthless and aspiring government and political figures, and they set out to have The Foundation For Law And Government down-graded into complete administration and decommissioning, but are stopped by superior authorities.

Instead, they decide to set-up a terrorist bombing at FLAG headquarters, bringing down the entire building and surrounding technical houses, and succeed in not placing themselves as suspects, due to hiring an elite group of mercenaries to carry out the assignment.

Unfortunately, Devon ends up in critical condition in hospital, on the edge of dying. Michael, Bonnie and RC are deeply emotional, but wake up to realise that, to save FLAG, and if he lives, protect Devon's position, they must bring down the underground government cartel responsible for this.

To do so, they escape in KITT and the Semi, making themselves fugitives of the law, when the police and FBI become highly suspicious of their sudden dissappearance...

- One question. How would FLAG being bombed by mercenaries cause our own government to consider the members of FLAG (KITT, Michael, Bonnie, RC3) fugitives if Devon was caught in the blast himself? Just "vanishing" isn't enough to classify them fugitives because they haven't done anything wrong. That part of your master plan doesn't make any sense whatsoever. It does have a real RoboCop/RoboCop II feel to it. I don't think that's a problem though because many concepts these days borrow from existing ideas to come up with new ones, I just think it needs more work. As a rough idea though, it has some interesting possibilities.
