The Knight Rider Festival in Vegas March 20-21 promises to be a huge event... Organizer Paul Casy just posted the registration form for Replica car owners. If you have a KITT replica you definitely want to get it out to Vegas.

I don't have a replica car , but i'm planning to attend the event and not just because it's in my "back yard" I'm a huge fan too.
Question: for those driving their replicas to this event, are there any legalities regarding the scanner, steering wheel, and in some cases, no rearview mirror while on the open road. I know an external flashing red light is illegal on automobiles, except emergency/police cars.
