Re: Locations ?
I'll try to snag a pic of my own to post. I work right accross the street. The driveway where Michael and KI2T drove in has been blocked off now, and the driveway moved further north on the property. But you can still drive the circle. I wonder how many fans with their replicas will do this in March?
Call me Mike.

Re: Locations ?
From "Custom Made Killer" - the location of the train collision:
Intersection of West Chandler Blvd and N Pass Ave
Burbank, CA
From "Knightlines" - Billy's school:
12018 Maxwellton Rd
Los Angeles, CA
Across the street from the school is the intersection of Maxwellton Rd and Mound View Rd:
The brown house with white trim is still there today, but covered up by brush.

Knight Rider: "Goliath": Garthe Knight escapes the FLAG Semi.
Season 2: Disc 1: Side A: Time index: 01:15:40
Here is how it looks in Google Earth
This is south of the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Road exit on NV-159 (Charleston Blvd.).
This is less than four miles north of the warehouse where "Goliath [was] born."
Just look for the gypsum board palates in the first few minutes of "Goliath."
Warehouse pictures coming soon.

Season 3, Episode: Knight in Disgrace
Scene: In the beginning of the episode, Michael chased a suspect in the 'New Orleans' streets.
The real location is indeed a French place, but not in New Orleans
Rive Gauche Cafe Lounge

Sherman Oaks, CA 91423

The 'black' car in the steet view image below is pretty much where KITT parked.
Sue, this one definitely needs your field trip sometime The following is the clue leading to this filming location:
Barone's Famous Italian Restaurants

Re: Locations ?
Alright guys... let's talk about that dam House of the Rising Sun. In desperation, I watched KOTP about a million times and captured some shots with some decent clues. Try to bear with me here:
Here you can clearly see a fence of some kind, probably a wooden one, protecting residential property from commercial.
Here you can see what is most likely a residence with a not-so unique alcove.
Perhaps this shot will help someone. In my desparation I noticed the reflection of a 2-3 story building in KITT. This can be seen when Michael pulls up to the House of the Rising sun for the second time in KOTP.
And in this scene, which is supposed to be in the same parking lot, you can see a rather distinctive roof. To me it looks like a McDonalds.
Using these clues and posting on another forum I solicited the help of others (that you Joe?), somebody was able to tentatively identify it as a restaurant called Cal Islands, located in Santa Clarita on Sierra Hwy. They also said "the building was demolished several years ago to make way for a new freeway onramp." Check out these links:
http://foodpage.us/661344
http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAl ... r=C0872038 (The date here is interesting)
Possible location:
Cal Islands
26931 Sierra Hwy
Santa Clarita, CA
Looking at the above links and using that address in Google Earth, we see the onramp in relation to the actual address location.
As we know, the House of the Rising Sun backed up against (or was perpendicular to) trees, a fence and homes. There are no homes near or behind the onramp, just industrial-looking buildings. This leads me to believe that the House of the Rising Sun was not demolished to make way for the onramp, but was demolished to make way for this shopping center.
Looking at all of the above images, and what I've found through seemingly endless research, I think the House of the Rising Sun was located about here, but could easily be the shopping center across the street: (note McDonalds)
Let me know what you all think. I could be way off here, but hopefully we're getting close to setting the sun on this house!

The Comtron building has still managed to elude us, so I wanted to post some different pictures of the building in hopes it would spark renewed interest in finding it. Based on my research, all of the following pictures are from the same location. I have lightened the night scenes to help us:

Plus if you compare the new pic to the old one, the curbs on the left still appear to be somewhat red in color. Also, compare the mountain tops - even though the new pic wasn't taken at the same angle as the old one it's easy to see very, very close similarities between the two.
Great job!

The traffic sign in the dashed circle indicates an upcoming intersection.
The approximate path is indicated by the blue arrow, either on Burbank Blvd or Woodley Ave.
I am not sure which direction is correct.
