Re: www.knightindustries.com ???
whois on the domain reports this:
American Two-Way
7345 Varna Ave
North Hollywood, CA 91605
US
Domain Name: KNIGHTINDUSTRIES.COM
which is a company of a two way monitoring in California. I wonder if NBC bought the domain from them, and it just didnt transfer ownership in time.

If the domain was updated today to forward to another server, then it might take up to 48 hours before the change propagates through all the domain name servers on the Internet. I would check it again tomorrow.neps wrote:whois on the domain reports this:

I have kept trying to get the page to work but it has been taken down. The owners that you have mentioned has owned the page since 2003. If they bought the domain page out it could take 48 hours for the domain to update with the new owners and the page to show up.
Really cant wait though I really want to read more about his past.

Wew......... I thought I was going nuts trying to find something that isn't there. You think they would have at least a dead link at NBC/Knightrider
K.R.A.M. Knight Reformulation Automated Machine 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo.

Re: www.knightindustries.com
Yeah, you would think they'd have had this all taken care of BEFORE advertising it.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

Re: www.knightindustries.com
Guys, there's a link on the NBC page that is the proper link.
But just in case, try this:
http://www.knightindustriesresearch.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Bad news: we need a username and password. Any ideas?

Re: www.knightindustries.com
there doesn't seem to be any actual function of the site just yet. submitting the forum triggers this js when you look at the code. you can see there is no solution
Code: Select all
function validate(form){
alert('Welcome to Knight Research, a division of Knight Industries. This is a restricted web site for employees only.\n\n The ability to log into your work computer has been temporarily disabled for security purposes. Thank you for your patience.');
return false;
}

Re: www.knightindustries.com
Okay, so obvious question: Why would NBC advertise the KR site if they don't give you a way to log into it?
Do we have to like... hunt, for the user and pass? 'Cause yaknow, that's just annoying.

Hey, wait a minute.
What about Rivai's Security Bypass Code? I don't have HD, so I can't really see the computer screen all that well on the TV to see if there is any other info there that can be used. I just thought of that. Worth a look, maybe?

Re: www.knightindustries.com
When I tried logging in for fun at the website it gave me this message:
"Welcome to Knight Research, a division of Knight Industries. This is a restricted web site for employees only.
The ability to log into your work computer has been temporarily disabled for security purposes. Thank you for your patience."
Lol, I tried Michael Knight, pw: knight3000
At least they changed the show under current instead of upcoming.
