I thought it was a tad funny that when Karr returned, that everyone was suprised to see him. Granted he went off the cliff in TRUST DOESNT RUST, but shouldnt the Foundation have made every attempt to retrieve his shell and his parts? If not to salvage some parts for KITT but to keep secret of the car's design so no one else could steal it or rebuild. Granted I thought he exploded but by the opening sequence it seems KARR did not. And then after we see The Hoff's big cheesy grin at end of KITT VS KARR we see once again that the Foundation didnt retrieve KARR's shattered parts and left him (so to speak) out in the desert.

Yes I recall that playing the PS2 game, but its just of curiosity's sake why Devon didnt just go "Oh Michael make sure you retrieve what remains of Karr so the parts will not fall into the wrong hands" instead of just driving off leaving them behind. You think they would learn after the first time. That or there too lazy to clean up lol

I just reread one of my above posts. What I suggests doesnt happen in the PS2 game. Garth rebuilds Karr I think, and Garth drives him at the conclusion of the game. Its been several months since I played it, I cannot remember the plot exactly on how Karr comes back.

Somehow I don't think KARR would like being an 18-wheeler.

I have heard something that they wanted to bring back Karr for the premiere episode of Season 5, with Karr killing Bonnie. I don't belive the second part of this statement, cuz The Hoff and Mr. Mulhare were fighting through the whole second season for getting Miss McPherson back. Although it would have been good to see Karr again.

i was thinking what would it be like if an power line fell on KITT and KARR at the same time and there priamry programs got swaped self preservation with preservation of human life but of course at the end they get swaped back cant have KITT evil for ever

Thats an interesting idea Lone Knight. That would have been cool.But not cool if it was true that Karr was rumoured to be going to kill off Bonnie if Season 5 ever happenedas what Hungarian Knight said

he only threatened to put kitts CPU in goliath (can still see KITTs scanner light quivering, got to admit for a string of lights they were used effectively to convey feelings!)

garth is too arrogant to want an AI in control of ANY of his decisions

besides KITT would be redundant without the foundation as the speech function really only served as a way of liasing with the foundation or gathering information provided by them. Garth would have no use for KITT as the foundation would not be supporting him
