WHAT WAS REASON OF BEING FAMOUS ?

Post by JohnFrank1982 » Tue Oct 22, 2013 6:48 am

Do you know why Knight Rider was very famous?

There were 2 main reasons:

1. Black beauty automatic car with an awesome look
2. Black and shiny leather jacket of a hero.

What do you say?

Heart, humor and lot's of action, add to that the fact that no one had at that time imagined anything as cool as KITT and you have a recipe for being famous.

I once asked myself the same question but in a different way.I thought about how many storylines were all working at the same time.

1.A man who's death is faked in order to have a man who does not exist,no background which means any cover story could work because he has no history, which would work in any case he needed to go undercover for.

2.A past that could come up with so many twists and turns from family,to old co-workers,friends,enemies.

3.An artificially intelligent supercomputer on wheels.

4.A molecular bonded shell which would interest terrorists who would use it to sway the balance of power/military applications.

5.The founder of F.L.A.G.'s son has the same face as the hero and thought to be behind bars for life in Africa reappears.

6.The prototype vehicle emerges with a vengeance.

There was so much drama that the show with so many storylines could easily compete with television shows that are broadcasted today.
