images from the PR event in LA. Everything looks great - cept for the font - it's the Viper font!

The People in the photos are mostly Deanna Russo, Justin Bruening. The one with three people are David Bartis, Executive Producer, Sydney Tamiia Poitier, David Andron, Supervising Producer

I like the fresh skid marks in the background of some of the photos. Looks like they had some fun introducing the cars.

Sorry but I think that this new knight rider series will bomb immediatley.
A Ford Mustang?! and the driver doesn't look very interesting. I like the Mustang but it just isn't KITT.

Shows one of the interior dash of the Auto Pilot KITT - the wheel doesn't look stock but the dash does

I'm thinking they might have had a special car for interiors that might have been on a stage or the back of a truck - thats common in film.

they specifically mention they werent able to take a photo of the dash - which lends to me hoping that the dash isn't stcok in the show.

I sincerely hope you're right about the dashboard. A shapeshifting vehicle with the Viper font and it's a snake-themed version of the car, a Cobra. Viper came AFTER Knight Rider; KR shouldn't be borrowing from Viper!!

By the way, how was the Team Knight Rider introduce in this forum back in it's day? I wasn't around in net back then so I wonder if you old timers have deja vu -experience these days

TKR announcement wasn't nearly as glamorous.

They took out a three full page article in Variety - and then I got anonymously sent a VHS tape showing the promo for the show, which you can see here:
