When will the new series ads be on?

I was wondering when do you think NBC will start showing previews for the new series if it is going to air in February.

My guess would be January at the earliest.

I really don't no for sure that Feb. is going to be the month that the pilot airs. The reason that I think it might be March or even April, is that all that has been mentioned in the whole production of the show has been the casting. IT generally takes awhile from that point to complete the whole shooting process. The only time frame I have heard is a possible "spring" release. That said, if the marketing is good, and given NBC's track record on big new shows, the hype machine should be in full effect come Febuary...

Just so you don't get off on a tangent based on false information:

The NBCU project is currently filming. Principal photography will wrap by the end of the year, so it will be no problem to do post-production and have it ready to air by the end of February. TV production moves much faster than feature production does.

BTW, Bruce Davison (X-men) is playing Charles Kamen.

I'll understand if you can't answer, but I just have to ask: Is there any truth to the latest rumor that K.I.T.T. will be a Mustang?

Thank you Shapeshifter for clearing things up. As for KITT being a Mustang, I think everybody knows that it would be a HUGE mistake. If the producers are truly listening to the fans of the show that is. Hopefully they are only gonna make KITT be able to mimic any car, and therefore be able to "shapeshift" into a mustang, and that is what the pictures that have recently surfaced are about.

I the pilot goes to series, the series will air in the fall, most likely. The pilot itself will air in Feb '08.
