He shouldn't be to flashy or stylistic, if they're trying to be so much into the universe of the previous show.

Mythbusters segment

Last year I made a thread at the discovery Channel's forum for "Mythbusters" that they did an episode dedicated to "Knight Rider" stuff, like: can you shoot a person up from a seat to the top of a building, and so forth. While it seems they ignored all my suggestions, they must h...

Parody

In season 6 of the TV series "Scrubs":

It's a little passed 4:30. Even the music is sort of parodied.

While cue-for-cue I take my Peake CD over Stu 's (both excellent CDs nonetheless), what he said above is true. You can hear it. Some cues have different sound qaulity, some have the show edits in the music. I can only hope Volume 2 -- which I'll purchase in ah eart beat even if the same -- is better...

Missle worry?

I seem to recall from an episode of two, where K.I.T.T. was worried about getting hit by a certain type of missble because evne it's power would break his skin.

Anyone recall what those were?

As corny as it sometimes was....

There's no denying that the show was a product of the 80's. The style, the hair, the music, the general "feel". But for any cheesey line K.I.T.T. may have said, there are is a serious, dramatic moment to counter it. While recently viewing the show on the free preview channel, Sleuth , I ha...

I have them both. and while I love them both, I think I have more fun listening to the Don Peake CD. No offense Stu! And the clearity on the Peake one isn't that great. The Hi-Tech Records (boot?) had much better sound. In fact, some of the tracks on this Hitchcock release have cue pieces that don't...

You can get a 2CD set of Miami Vice at: janhammer.com Also, techincally, Quantum Leap might count. While the CD features Mike Post's theme (series started in 1989), the rest is from Enterprise composer Velton Ray Bunch (veltonraybunch.com). So, you could see that as another original 1980's CD. Also,...

As far as I know, the amazon.de thing is a bootleg. Some counties it's okay to sell things like that.

If you want an official, pain-stakingly re-recorded one:

It wasn't the whole score. It was missing a few small parts.

And it was out of order. And it also has a good sized action cue that wasn't in "Diamonds Aren't A Girl's Best Friend".

The movie should tkae a page from Batman Begins in that (not using Zimmer) all previous efforts are forgotten: Team Knight Rider, Knight Rider 2000 and Knight Rider 2010. But not the TV series. Batman Begins made the wise decision for their prequel to not be a prequel of the previous crappy movies. ...

The new film, which will centre on Michael Knight and his car loving kid, will feature both the classic K.I.T.T mobile and a new set of wheels for Mike Jr.
Man laive, if this is true - keeping in mind Hollywood right now - there could so easily be screwed up and made terrible.
