Or maybe unlike KARR who could stand on his own as a villan, Goliath was a far weaker plot concept, so the writers needed to have KITT calling him "metal plated behemoth" and things like that to remind the audience that we're supposed to be intimidated.

I hope the original twit that managed to programme a pyscho car was duly sacked and sent for some deep psychoanalysis. They should do psychological profiling for all those Foundation people. Some prats programmed a mad car, Garth was a complete megolamniac (perhaps no one let him join in at school)...

The idea of recurring villians can be a tricky one. The first example that springs to my mind of a good example of how to do it is (unsurprisingly) STar Trek TNG. Lore, Q, Duhrass; these were not charecters that kept just annoyingly popping back up. With each new episode they grew, different sides o...

I too, prefer to keep it simple, and believable, and certainly agree that its the villians, not the heroes, that make a good story. To have a good plot there must be a challenge that is difficult for the hero to overcome (The Empire, Sauron, the Romulans etc.) make the hero too invincible and the st...

I prefer to stay a bit more realistic. He should definately have digital communications abilities, which would allow him to tap into phones, cell phones, radios, tv streams, serf the internet etc. Not to mention a GPS system that can lock onto anything and track it(as well as explaining how KITT alw...

Well if space and time are interrelated then if you travel at a certain speed through one, erm wait.... what about this; If you create a big enough gravity field behind and object so that the universe expands behind it while contracting....um no that's not either. Ok...Time is like a string rolled i...

I'm tellin' ya guys. I really would vote that (lacking any confirming knowledge) that sound was made on a program called TurboSynth. It was REALLY popular back in the 80's because it could synthesize sound waves, by utilizing a digital representation of the wave. (Just like digital audio does today)...
