CLARIFICATION: By boat, I should have said what I meant....When KITT(2000) floated in Season 2( :?: ) would be more believable than being a SubMarine.....I haven't heard about this 'Sub-Mode' yet, is it really going to be a Function or is it just speculation...... hmm well perhaps a clarification i...

Check out this thread, I took a picture of the back seat of Attack KITT before it was completed when it was on display at Comic Con. I'm not sure what it is... http://knightrideronline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=140601#p140601" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Interesting, I w...

She is pretty but I actually think she is a little too skinny.
I prefer Sydney Poitier. Her character is TOUGH and SMART, and she is more muscular than Sarah Graiman.

Re: "The skin scene"
Actually, I can. Most female underwear is a joke, and reveals much more than boxers/jockey shorts on a guy. I suppose we should be glad Sarah was in boy shorts but still. It annoys me. The scene with Sarah on a stretcher when she pulls her legs up into a crouch on her back bugs me the most because ...

Chrylser is owned by Cerberus Financial....a Canadian company. No, sir. On May 14, 2007 DaimlerChrysler AG announced the sale of 80.1% of Chrysler Group to American private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., although Daimler continues to hold a 19.9% stake. This was when the company too...

Re: My 5 wishes to improve Knight Rider
I totally agree get rid of the truck...or AT LEAST modify it. It's not plausible for KITT to transform, using nanotechnology, into something 3 times the original mass. The truck would have to be the same height off the ground as the Mustang, same motor/generator (kitt is a hybrid) size, same tire si...

Re: Live Discussion Thread - A Knight In Shining Armor
Another question, since I am outside the US and cannot see the show on TV, is there any notable differences between the online sneak peek version and the TV version? I remembered that some of the VFX guys said that they will fix some things for the final TV version, so I'm just curious to what they...

Re: "The skin scene"
I'm sure the writer's weren't thinking along these lines, but here's a thought: an oxygen-rich environment is extremely combustible so if KITT wasn't absolutely air tight and there was even the slightest leak, there could have been an explosion bringing the flames inside the car. On subs we have &q...

Re: HUD screen grabs discussion
Hmmm... maybe put the KR HUD Tachometer and Speedometer dials in the place of the original Analog dials like they did in the 2-hour pilot? I think I have an idea, in that when KITT is active, the original analog dials are 'overlayed' with digital dials 'projected' on it. When KITT is inactive or it...

Re: NBC READ THIS -- 83% say you should modify dashboard
Those are some awesome pictures of dashboards in this thread and they all COMPLETELY blow away the Knight 3000's. For all this emphasis on "Yes, but can your car do this ?" I take one look at a concept car's picture and think it's better-looking. The dashboard should look like the cockpit...

Re: Passive Laser Restraint System in New KR?
I think lack of seat belts is one of the few lame things about the original series. Why would you not want a seat belt??? The "passive laser restraint system" is fine, but what if it fails or loses power? A seat belt is more reliable. That's just a safety issue man, you want that!!! :) It'...

Re: NBC READ THIS -- 83% say you should modify dashboard
Anyway, back on topic. I believe things have moved on alot since the original KITT dash. You look at something like an iPod and compare that to the mass of buttons on early MP3 players. Voice command is probably alot more intuitive than finding a button, particularly the banks of buttons required f...

Mmmmm gull wing steering wheel from that Nissan interior or the "wheel" from the other concept.... I agree!!!!!! :) Besides that, voice command is going to get old fast IMO, at least buttons not only take less time to actually do the same thing but could be back ups. Exactly...it's faster...

Am I the only one who doesnt care about a big mess of an electronic dash? Guess so. im happy with it as is. Well, I certainly want it to appear as if the interior has been modified and upgraded. Faithful Car KRO quotes z00story: As for the analog dials - I think it's cool that KITT can be completel...
