the idea was to have its use be the climax of most episodes which is why it was used so often. Looks light budget cuts. Notice there were no more (or extremely few) turbo boosts after Knight Of the Juggernaut . Instead of tossing cars over ramps & destroying them ($$$), why not just keep re-air...
