In one of the first few episodes Michael parks KITT in a parking lot and a huge garbage truck parks right behind KITT and refuses to move after Michael tells him that he has to leave. So KITT just pushes the truck out of the way. That was very stupid...

I think in seasons one through three the nose is the same and it had the covers for the front side lamp. In season four KITT is remade and the nose moulded perfectly with the hood of the car leaving no gaps on either side of the scanner.

THE CAMERA ANGLES!!! Where does KITT get all those camera views from. I can understand that KITT can see what is in front of him but there are some scenes that are rediculous. In some scenes KITT brings up images on his screen that are from a totally different camera angle.

As I understood it the Presentation was made first where KITT's nose was flat. As soon as Universal gave Glen the green light they re-filmed it for the pilot. They still used some scenes from the presentation in the pilot that's why you can see KITT with a flat nose in some scenes. I hope that helps.

Thank you MikeMac. I was actually more interested in knowing why Bonnie (the character) chose to return to FLAG. She didn't seem to want to come back at the beginning of Knight of the Drones when Michael Knight first approaches her. At what point did she decided to come back?

I think that KITT should be put into a Corvette, I wouldn't mind seeing him in a Lamborghini.. the only problem that I see is how are the stunts going to be done without damaging these very expensive cars? It's easier to replace something like a trans am than a Lamborghini.
