Bonnie was supposedly involved with Kitt's programming from the very beginning, so yes, she was the one who programmed Kitt's fear of flying. I doubt if April had access to Kitt's core programming.

Bonnie programmed Kitt's fear of flying, because she had the same phobia. Michael mentioned it in 'Sky Knight', I think.

I don't think Human League/Duran Duran were Michael's 'thing', really. I thought that the music generally mirrored what Michael would listen to, even when it moved away from the popular country tunes. The pop music of latter episodes also added to the 'feel' of the show - sunny, fast, current tunes....

April didn't seem 'natural' as Kitt's technician, unlike Bonnie. And I don't know whether or not it was the relationship between the actors showing through on set, but she was never really accepted as part of the 'team', either. Even the jokes seemed forced. But given time, who knows? I liked her fe...

And for the record, Michael was in his thirties. And it just seemed wrong somehow, especially after he made such a big deal about her being so young. It's almost like they threw the 21 in there to just buffer the strangeness. KI What about that second 'independent truckers' episode, 'Ten Wheel Trou...

It wasn't negative, it was honest. And it seems to me that the only reason the thread that will remain nameless took three hours to close was because you kept rising to the poster's bait. Plus, there isn't a whole lot to discuss about Knight Rider that hasn't been brought up multiple times before - Futurama and the Simpsons included. Definitely not, that is one of the things that the producers went out of their way to make sure didn't happen, on or off screen. Michael and Bonnie were never meant to be together, because they thought it would make it 'too adult' KI Does anyone else think that the development of Michael and Bonnie...

I can't believe that was actually a series! I thought it was some scriptwriter's amalgamation of various childhood shows, completely made up for Michael to mention! I think FLAG were supposed to have had offices in Nevada too - their base during 'Goliath' - but I think the main building was supposed to be in California, hence Kitt's licence plates. Although, I don't know how American plates work. Could Kitt be registered in California and based in Nevada, or wo...

What I meant is that nobody is totally sure where the FLAG HQ is, but it was assumed to actually be in or near Los Angeles, KITT balked because of the song for the most part. (It was really bad continuity error on the writer's part.) I know they were being sent into Southern California. I am saying...

I just wondered ... I had to Google this 'Joe Millionaire' guy, because the show obviously doesn't air in the UK, and yes, he looks like Michael. Or rather, he looks like a potential David clone. Is that what people look for in their 'new movie' suggestions? Do 'Michael'-candidates have to have a yo...

Technically, they were never really established as where they really were. It was assumed that it was in Los Angeles. But saying that, what with Devon's smart British appearance and personality, I think it was a way of RC's attitude to go against that and inject a bit of humour into the show...after all...season 4 did get a bit serious! Skav I think Devon was stereotyped too (the American view of the English gent)...

Wasn't there even a scene with the model in the centrefold having her picture taken on Kitt? I can recall a line about 'comparing bodywork', but that might have been another episode.

I really wanted to hate RC3 - I even rechristened him 'RCD3', as is my wont - because he was part of the last-ditch season four ratings attempt, starring everybody's favourite, Silly Pop-out Mode. Yes, but Holly Marie Combs is Charmed, now. I don't think that would work. I like her as Piper, but she's forever attached herself to the character, in my mind.

For all my 'Tiffany Thiessen' promotion, I think it will definitely have to be someone new or relatively unknown.
