I saw the pictures, KITT speak to michael, give him orders. How can i turn it on?

Can anyone tell me, how can I start the KR mission? And how can I find SAMI? That isn't on the map... Or can anyone give me a description of this mod usage? And I have a bug: sometimes when i want to get off from KITT than i can't, and after the car doesn't move! Only the sky mod works after... PLS ...
