Re: Knight Rider News - NBC Announces Their 2009-2010 Line-up

Just when I think I moving past the angry stage, I go back and look again at the wasteland that is NBC's fall schedule and get ticked all over again! Okay, when KR first started , NBC was running repeats on Saturday nights. I figured, okay whatever. But they are doing it again. Now they're rebroadca...

Re: Knight Rider News - NBC Announces Their 2009-2010 Line-up

For all the good it will do (see also "Urinating Into a Headwind") I had to send somebody at NBC a piece of my mind. They'll no doubt get so many thousands of "You suck, NBC. I will never wath your network again!" emails about this show or Medium or Life over the next few days, n...

Re: Knight Rider News - NBC Announces Their 2009-2010 Line-up

It really was fun while it lasted. So long KI3T, we hardly knew ya! Now that the NBC side of this is done, is there really ANY chance this could get shipped to SCI-Fi or something like that or is it really truly dead? My hopes are dashed, but hey this is science fiction - people come back from the d...

Re: KITT Scanner

I didn't notify DMV about it. It is visible, but only really if you're looking for it. Like I said, I don't run it on the freeway, and I don't usually run it on the back roads. Just maybe down my own road to my house. I haven't had any cops pull me over to ask me about it or anything. I've had the ...

Super Tuesday or Black Tuesday? What's the Plan?

So how is everyone planning to spend Tuesday May 5th waiting for word of KR's fate? Celebrating wildly ? Weeping mournfully ? Will you hover over your computer all day hitting refresh refresh refresh on KRO's news page ? Picket outside Rockefeller Center ? All nighter binge on Monday, sleep through ...

Re: Deanna Russo quote on Twitter about new series

Deanna Russo made another mention of KR on her Twitter account yesterday, if only to promise that when she knows something she will let everyone know. Here's the quote: "Guys, I promise you. As soon as I hear anything about KR, I will tweet about it. Cross my heart." 11:02 PM Apr 21st from...

More than fanboy rage, do we really want to risk calling a show cancelled without any kind of official announcement? I refuse to validate all the idiots that say KR is cancelled already and we're all just in denial.

Re: Fast & Furious Earns $71 million this weekend

Put it to rest already nobody cares about the fast and furious franchise anymore. I can think of seventy-one million reasons you might be wrong. In the interest of full disclosue, I've never seen F&F 2, 3, or 4, and only about half of the original. My initial point was just about what this migh...

Re: Fast & Furious Earns $71 million this weekend

My hope is that F&F's success this weekend does NOT lead to more T&A, ricer cars, and stupid episode plots in KR's Season Two. Journey to the End of Night wasn't THAT bad. And as bad as it is to say, at this point I'll forgive a one or two bad plots to have the other twenty episodes in a fu...

Fast & Furious Earns $71 million this weekend

Fast & Furious ran away with the box office victory this weekend, earning something like $71million and (I think) setting an all-time record for April opening weekends. While acknowledging that I am desperate and will try to attach significance to anything to argue for Season 2, doesn't this at ...

Re: Something that maybe of interest to you all...

You know, more than petition, more than letters, more than emails, phone calls, or kitt-kats, THIS is how we can get NBC's attention. 12,000 pre-orders will carry way more weight ( read $$$$$$$$$) with the suits at NBC than 12,000 signatures on our petition. :good:

The news is out there and the story is easy to find. For ONCE we get somebody in the media talking the show UP instead of running it down!

LOL! My girlfriend understands my passion. I am a VERY lucky guy like that. The price was around $4200 and WORTH EVERY PENNY! I don't know, man. $4200 is a little steep. I'm already dropping $5000+ in it this year. I may have to stick with my Night Raider for now. I've got one mounted on my black 2...

Re: I have KI3T's REAL scanner from the show!!!!

The video says you spent over $4k. Was that the going cost or was this a special item? What kind of Mustang have you got? Mine's a 2005 GT in Screaming Yellow. I'm in the process of putting on GT500KR wheels, Trufiber Venom hood, and a GT500 fascia kit. The end effect should be KI3T in Screaming Yel...

Re: Ratings for "The Chopping Block" - KR's replacement

At the risk of being "juvenile" and "superfluous", any time a new show fails at NBC, that is that much less competition KR has in trying to make the cut for the reduced prime time slots for the fall. So I for one revel in the failures of 'Chopping Block","Kings", a...

Re: An Update from Gary Scott Thompson

He said that they at the show have received no official word and the cast has NOT been released. He stressed that the renewal chances probably hinge on international support, as the series is starting to air internationally. In addition they've sent over a KI3T to go to Spain for promotion. This in...

Re: Finally! Billy gets to be a hero!

I don't want to be Chicken Little here, but I do NOT see this as a good sign. Why would NBC allow him to star on an ABC comedy series if he was still under contract for Knight Rider? I can't recall an instance of an actor starring on two shows on two different (non-related) networks at the same time...
