Video Editing Help Needed

I am working to "restore" the original 1982 Pilot teaser using DVD quality clips and i've run across something that I can't figure out how to do.
In the Pilot teaser, one scene shows KITT jumping over some stalled cars after the thieves steal him. In the Pilot teaser, the film is mirrored (KITT is jumping from screen right to screen left, instead of left to right, as seen in the episode). Can someone take a video clip and "mirror image" it for me? I'll send you the original clip to use. I use Ulead VideoStudio 10, but I can't seem to find a way to do it with that program.
