KR & tkr =Rolling Thunder

hey all, there was a real bad movie called "Rolling Thunder" about a group of folks with some armored,suped up,gadget laden cars/trucks-stopping terrorists/thieves.... ala TKR...and it pre-dates TKR by the way...here's the kicker: most of the shots were from the KR set/L.A. backdrop/L.A. hills,etc.
No A.I. in any vehicle tho.....no light bar/scanners....
speaking of A.I.- how bout Brett (don't call me DATA) Spiner as the new voice of KITT- incase Mr.Daniels backs out & Michael York as Devon Miles
after all hes's a Brit- he played Basile in all the Austin Powers flicks....

John de Lancie would also make a good KITT. He's very talented.
I wouldn't mind Brett doing KITT's voice. He's also good talent.

Correction, I think John de Lancie would make an even better KARR.
For those that don't recognize the name, he played "Q" in Star Trek: The Next Generation, and a few others like Deep Space 9 and Voyager.
He also played Dr. Russell Bennet in the Sci-Fi movie "Evolver".
Among other cool stuff. Here's something he and Leonard Nimoy did that is really hilarious!

He also did a narration on some national geographic show all about astronomy & some of the info sent back to earth by all the probes sent out from earth....one of theose probes was Voyager- aka "Vger".....
and a a show in either SCI-FI or Discovery about UFO-truth/fiction...
Q as the voice for KARR....?---Nahhhhh! a Narrator for KR, maybe...doing the opening /closing lines immortalized by the late Richard Basehart
( then Marina Sirtis would have to be a Bond Girl...)
oooh- I just saw a video by Black Sabbath/Toni Iommi with Denise Crosby in it...( Tasha Yar )
The (unsold) movie/pilot -"ROLLING THUNDER" seemed like a mix of McGyver, A-Team,TKR & Viper,StreetHawk (sheeeesh!)
Spiner as voice of KITT...? it would fly....!
& Alexondra Lee as Dr.Bonnie Barstow ( yeh I posted her name b4)

before they changed their name, the action channel used to play Rolling Thunder all the time
Evolver? i think i have that movie, about a 3ft toy robot that goes homicidal becuase it's built out of an old military attack droid,
what about Milla Jovovich to play Bonnie? she's pretty hot & she's done alot of sci-fi movies (5th Element, Resident Evil, Ultraviolet), & we all know unlike that *#$% Simpson she's willing to dye her hair... actually i think she's a burnette?

KITT5 - Yeah that was the one. Pretty cool movie though, I thought. I like near the end where Evolver says "Delete THIS!" - That, to me, just sounded SO much like something KARR would say.
