Alexondra Lee could be ok as Dr. Barstow.
Here's my suggestion though, Christina Chambers, she's very sweet and beautiful IMO She's now in "One life to live" tv-show and also played "Maria Torres" in Sunset Beach tv-serie, which was a bit like Baywatch since it had lifeguards in it as well. Also Sunset Beach was filmed in Seal Beach where scenes from K.I.T.T. vs K.A.R.R. was filmed too

That'd work. She sometimes looks a bit of a combination of Bonnie and April. I liked them both, actually.
