Double-trailer?

What would you say about having the Foundation Mobile Unit or Goliath as a double-trailer? It would be a little difficult to imagine the Semi as a double-trailer, since you can't imagine where KITT would stay, but there would be more space for equipment and a lab. Goliath with a double-trailer would be over-powered, but what would they do with the second trailer?

Interesting...
I guess a lot would depend on whether or not KITT could drive into the front trailer. (If his t-tops can disappear, they could come up with a way for him to drive between trailers.) It does sound like overkill though, unless the Foundation had a larger mobile staff.
Goliath as a double-trailer is one step towards the Mammoth Car in Speed Racer. Which is not necessarily a bad thing.
I like the concept of a double trailer, just not sure how to make use of it.
