Knight Rider Season 3 and 4 DVD replacement discs UPDATE

I would like to know the latest news on the Season 3 and 4 Knight Rider DVD sets. Have they released the replacement discs on both seasons yet and do you noticed the stereo sound in season 4 DVDs on the replacements?
