knight rider online

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum but have always been a big time Knight Rider fan. It's been so long since I have watched the show I have lost touch a bit, I do have a question. Michael had many diffrent ladies and other people he was friendly with in the show but did anyone else ever drive K.I.T.T ? I know K.I.T.T was able to drive himself for the most part but did any Man or Woman that was on the show ever get behind the wheel of K.I.T.T in the fashion the Micheal did ??

Just watched 'A Nice Indecent Little Town' from Series 1 in which the aunt of a reporter gets behind the wheel to perform a car chase from the police as a diversionary tactic. Also, I remember quite a few times where this happened, most notably when a blind man 'drove' KITT to make out that he had good vision. Not too sure on occasions when the person has actually fully driven KITT though off the top of my head

Well, I don't remember other characters driving it in the "fashion" that he drove it in a'la long periods of time but there was:

Bonnie who drove kitt a little to the edge of a pier in 'Knight of the Drones'

A character from 'Merchants of Death'

'A nice indecent little town'(kitt drove the car but there was a woman behind the wheel)

'Soul Survivor' (randy merritt)

A guy who was considered a replacement for michael in 'Knight in Disgrace'

Two thieves got a "ride of their lives" in Custom Kitt

A kid in 'Silent Knight' who took KITT on a test drive of his own

Another kid in 'Lost Knight'

A blind guy in 'Knight Song'

I also recall Devon driving Kitt In "Knight of the phoneix when Micheal first met Kitt also the 2 car theives in the same episode.

April Drove Kitt In "knightmares"

Julie in "Blind spot"

Can't think of any more at present.

Michael allowed the woman in Custom KITT to "steal" KITT... she commented it was like the car drives itself.

thanks, you all are so informative. I really wish they made shows like Knight Rider these days. I also with that there were more Women as the villains in Knight Rider, I would have loved to see Michael meet his match in the form of a Woman, with some K.I.T.T type of car, maybe in the movie anymore infor please let me know

I am disappointed. Out of the episodes listed, no one mentioned the pilot episode, when KITT is stolen by the two car thieves. Before KITT takes over, the black guy is driving him.

I also remember from Knightmares, April drove him when her and Devon pulled up to the police station in search of Michael.

I'm suprised nobody mentioned that scene either. That's one of the funniest moments in the pilot.

And I'm disappointed that at the end of "Hills Of Fire," Michael lets Daryl test drive K.I.T.T. and even lets him park in the semi.

cool, I wish there were more of a solid female presence in the show, it would have been nice to see a lady drive K.I.T.T or help Michael in more then a damsel in distress, you know have her make the lights on the gas pedal light up a few times

im sure that mark taylor guy, or his buddy drove KITT in "knights of the fast lane" after michael "lost" him in the race even though they don't show him being driven, KITT does say something like "its good to have you back in the drivers seat michael"

A kid named Diablo drove Kitt (or at least got a ride of his life in him) in The Rotten Apples.

Don't remember the episode but it was the one with the gypsies.

I'm glad someone already mentioned "Lost Knight." I just saw that one the other day and there was a kid who found the memory-lost K.I.T.T. who wound up sitting in the driver's seat for awhile after befriending the memory-challenged K.I.T.T.
