Hello to everybody! :)

I recently watched the fan film about Knight Rider "Scrapyard of Hope" and realized that different people see the Michael Knight charakter in different ways. So I thought it would be fun to compare different opinions about Michael Knight. Just for fun. What is Michael Knight's character and nature?
For me it's a kind of men who loves people. He is able to run risk to help other people.
He is generous and brave.
He will never betray his friends.
He is a gentleman with women.
He is a very energetic persone, optimistic and has a very good sence of humor.
He is very self-confident and resolute and he often runs risk.
He is sensetive and intelligent.
What else? Maybe I forgot something, I have not seenthe TV-series for a few years...

Are there any other opinions?

With the best wishes, Ilana.

I think Michael Knight on "Knight Rider" was a good character, but not someone so perfect that he couldn't laugh at things from time to time, and he did save lives, but also, I think his friends saved his life, from time to time....
He was a good guy, but not a saint, and I think D. Hasselhoff wanted to have his character be like a "Black Knight" who was the hero, but not a perfect fairy tale character.
OK this is my take on the Michael Knight character from "Knight Rider", so hopefully someone else will have some other ideas...... :D  8) :)

Oh man, well, I loved the character. KITT of course, for me, stole the show. :)

Michael, well... a hot-shot former cop, womanizer (even KITT ribbed him on that one ;) ) Risk taker, reminds me a bit of Bandit (Burt Reynolds) in Smokey and the Bandit, actually. Michael wasn't perfect, and took joy in proving he was one up on KITT (who he probably felt a bit insecure around at times, since KITT was always perfect :) )

I think deep down, he's kind-hearted, but also brash at times. And quite adventurous. I think that 99% of his personality was built for adventure. :)

Oh gosh, I wish TV still had heros like MK!

He was strong.
He was intelligent. (Why are men made out to be morons these days?)
He was dependable.
He was funny.
He was charming.

And for a guy who was severly wounded in 'Nam and had his face...er..."rearranged" by a violent criminal in Nevada, he is surprisingly sane.
