Been a while since I posted here, for which I must apologies. There loads of new faces here! Hey to all of you!!!

Now, we all love the car! But what for you stood out the most!! Was it KITTS curves? His shiny black coat? Etc

For me it was all about the scanner!! Not sure what, but I loved it as a kid.....

I used to marvel at KITT's engine sound back in those days when it first aired. Sounded like an ultra high-tech jet engine with thrusters. Then there's also the car's shiny black paint, the sleek outline of the body and the t-tops. The list is endless really.

mine had to be his voice, it was like he was really alive and had feelings. I hated every time he got hurt. it really upset me, especially when he could barely talk.

I like his dash and his gull-wing wheel. What kind of dash? Seasons 1-2, of course.

Definetly the voice modulator. This was KITT for me.

Well, we all love the scanner, it attracted us the very first time, it was the most unique feature ever put on a car, now that we live in the fast and furious custom days it's no big deal, but back then, that scanner gave Kitt his "eyes", his character. Everything else is just icing on the big cake.

KITT "coming to life" in the pilot, when he bursts out of Comtron to rescue Michael. First the scanner flaring on and pulsing back and forth, then the dash systematically lighting up inside.

Absolutely awesome.

For me it has to be the scanner.

I liked the wheels.

That voice! His Personality. And the scanner and the fact that he's a black Trans Am! Sleek and just beautiful! Of course, all his neat little 'tricks' are cool too.

Hey, what can I say, I love every part of KITT!

I love everything about K.I.T.T, especially his personality. He's smart, reliable, and funny. I swear if I ever could, I bet I could talk to him for hours on end.

Back in the 80s, the Trans Am KITT was based on was definitely a head turner. Compared to the other cars of the day, it was almost exotic. What made KITT interesting was the car was a production car, but it was different enough to get noticed.

Other than the car itself, the obvious things are the scanner and the vocalizer. Those were the two things that were seen or shown whenever the focus was on KITT, the character.

I like the wheel covers. You can't really do KITT without them. Which is why I was bummed that the Corgi Knight Rider is so accurate in every detail, yet has silver wheels. What a detail to omit!

And then there's the things that make KITT different from your standard Trans Am - the front nose, the dash and the rear taillight cover.
