KITT to appear in new movie (not Knight Rider)

I got an email from George Barris's shop yesterday about a new movie coming out, and today I went down there to speak with them. They are building a KITT which will appear in a new Adam Sandler-produced movie called "Bench Warmers":
"Story centers on three men who were poor at sports when they were kids but try to make up for it by forming a three-man team that challenges nine-player youth baseball teams" Stars Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite), David Spade, Rob Schneider - Daily Variety
I don't know the details, but my guess is that KITT might appear in a flashback or fantasy sequence. Filming begins this month.

I hope that it doesn't look anything like the one on Nick & Jessica's show. And I hope that certain others don't stop them either, if the car is going to be authentic looking. Hope they do a good job.
If you find out more like when them movie will be out and where KITT is, let us know. Will KITT say something? Will William Daniels do the voice?
If they pull this off, it'd be a nice 'fix' until the KR movie comes out (still holding hope that it WILL come out
)

Oh great... one of my teachers is going to go CRAZY when she hears this! As a kid she loved Knight Rider (she is the teacher who let me set up a Knight Rider shrine in her room
) AND she is totally obsessed with Napoleon Dynamite (yuck!). When this movie comes out I won't hear the end of it for weeks... I hope school is over by then!

My best friend is just getting into Adam Sandler movies.He normaly hates knight Rider and knows I'm obsessed with it.Now he will have to sit through watching kitts cameo on an Adam Sandler movie.
Everyone noticing how Hasslehoff has been making guest appearances on movies in classic Michael Knight Atire?Kinda like teasing us?
In the new guy at the end we see him in black leather jack and a red turtle neck I think.In dodgeball same except with a red shirt.Why was he in the bloopers and not in the actual movie?Aside from the framed picture the German team salute Hasslehoff like a idol.

Not all...In the Spongebob Squarepants movie, he stars as Mitch from the Baywatch series, donning his trademark red swimming trunks.

He was in the Dodge Ball movie. He was the coach of the German team. He yells at the team for losing to the underdogs, calling them "swinehunds" and telling them they have disgraced there families. Then he holds up his own picture and smashes it. Funny stuff
