Reused KR Location In '24'

I just recently picked up the first season of 24 (great show!) and noticed a familiar location in one of the episodes. There is a scene where the main character, Jack, takes a suspect to a remote location to interrogate him. Well, I thought the scene looked a little familiar and I recognized it as the dam used in "Redemption Of a Champion." I think the same dam was used for filming for another Knight Rider epiosde as well, but I'm not sure. I got a kick out of that. Anyway, just thought I'd share.

If I am not mistaken, was the other KR episode Knightmares where Michael gets amnesia at the dam? Was this the correct episode?

Just found out that Volvo has taken a photo of their S60 model in the Sepulveda dam used in Knightmares and Redemption of a Champion.

Wow that's one popular dam.

I'm curious of its true location.

That dam was used in several tv shows & movies. I remember seeing it a lot on TV while growing up. I believe it's in California.

It's called the Sepulveda Dam and it's located in Van Nuys, California.
If you goto maps.google.com and search for 6335 Woodley Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406, and then move to the bottom right a bit you will see this image in the satellite view.

There's those fields he's driving through in Knightmares!!! lol
That's cool, on the topic of comparisons, Brother's Keeper is kinda like 24.

I don't watch the show "24", but I'm glad they're using a set from the day of "Knight Rider" on their show, though.

I was thinking the same thing when I first bought the Season 2 set.
I'm a die-hard
24 fan and would recommend it to anyone who likes a good intense action show. It's really one of the few shows on the air today that actually has a guy fighting crime or terrorism. Something about the show is reminiscent of all those '80s action shows like
Knight Rider. It utilizes those good guy/bad guy fight clichés but it's refreshing to see it on TV again.

The dam also made an appearance this season on "The Contender". The group had to perform one of their weekly tasks on and around the dam.
