Knight Train

I've recently been browsing through my Knight Rider game. And in some of teh files, it lists a level called The Knight Train. There is also a Knight Train II and III. If someone can help me find this on the Region 1 (I guess that's it) game. If not, and if someone has those levels on their game, please post some shots of what those levels look like.
