As far as I know for sure it's never happened. I've always heard rumors and rumblings both positive and negative, but I'm not gonna believe any of them until there is some first hand proof.

Personally, I like to believe that he has for a number of reasons. First if he typed in "knight rider" into any search engine, this site is at the top and I'm sure he gets curious every now and then. Second, his website has used KROs imagery for his site on two occasions now. While this may just be his webmasters doing, the hopeful side of me thinks a little more positive.

Maybe oneday in the future he'll stop and say hi. That would be cool.

Well actually, I did a little behind-the-scenes inquiring about this months back and what the circumstances were. It'd probably be best if I didn't post it publically though. If anyone is interested, feel free to PM me and I'll tell you what I heard about it. Of course I can't prove anything myself, so it is just what I heard.

I think I know what both of you are hinting at, and you should probably take that with a grain of salt.

I have a friend who had some business meetings with Hasselhoff last year and during the discussions she had mentioned to him that she had a friend (meaning me) who was a big Knight Rider fan and ran some websites for the show. Hasselhoff asked to find out what they were, and my friend then asked me. I told her about knightridermovie.com and kro (she was mistaken thinking that I ran the messageboard). Apparently she passed them on to Hasselhoff with my home address, and a week later I got an autographed photo from him. I don't know if he actually bothered to look at the sites, but I did get a photo out of the deal!

Of cause, he looked at your sites! And, probably, he liked them.
Some time ago I had doubts that he had really read his fanmail or something like that. But now I understand my mistake.
So he definitely reads his mail and I think he visits sites devoted for him, or Knight Rider, etc. when he has time.
