The only thing I remember, is that the batmobile has a jet engine.

Ok lets see….
Kitt has turbo boost, ski mode, MBS, off road capabilities, SPM, EBM.
The movie Bat mobile has bulletproof shell, machine guns, rocket thrusters and the ability to make itself half the normal with (batman returns)
The old TV show bat mobile has the “emergency bat turn” and that’s about the limit of its stunt capabilities
So I think Kitt wins this one hands down.

If you keep in the spirit of the old Batman TV series, the Batmobile would have the "Bat MBS destabilizer spray" which could neutralize KITT.
