How did Michael get Devon to agree to let Griffin get away with the burgalaries?

Devon himself was burgled by either Raymond Fallon or Griffin. He didn't deserve it so why would he let him get away with it Scot free? If Devon got burgled it must mean other people who didn't deserve to be burgled also got burgled.

Also Devon wasn't exactly a two wrongs make a right person.

It just doesn't make sense Griffin got away with the crimes. He also sold the loot for money.

I felt the same way about other episodes. Like in Kitt vs Karr, why would Michael have access to foundation resources like their bank accounts to give John the money to buy the boat business yet later on in the episide knight by a nose, they outfit Kitt with an auto currency dispenser which they have to account for every dollar spent?

The restrictions placed upon Michael in Knight By a Nose could easily be considered a justifiable response to the "reward" he gave John in KITT vs. KARR. :good:

True but he was given access to all the resources of knight industries from the pilot episode to prove one man can make a difference not to mention all those times he needed money from Devon for an assignment.
