As you all know, there have been many different names and acronyms used through out the Knight Rider Series...
But did you know that there were other names before "KITT" came out??? Here is a list of names and acronyms that never made it on telivision...

It was interesting to find these old names that never cam up in the KR series. Some I wished they used, others I wasn't so keen about- and am glad some weren't used! I found these names in the book "Knight Rider Legacy". Has anyone got any other information on these names? If so, post here...Thanks.

I think, T.I.T.T. wouldn't have made it… no sire… and Michael Short? For real? Wow, am I glad that the names were carefully chosen…

I've got the Knight Rider Legacy book from 2002 but remember only the T.A.T.T. (Trans-Am Two Thousand) and Devon Shire as originally planned names. Perhaps it's time to re-read it
