Do we ever know how many operatives that FLAG supposedly has

The show makes it seem that MK is the only one

Is he

He seems to be the only one that is in the main law enforcement branch of it, with the hot toy and such. A Senior Investigator perhaps, but they do have other operatives, as well as lawyers, and smaller level scientific interns.

In Goliath Returns, we saw another operative that we aren't familiar with. I forgot the name Michael called her by but that proved that there were offices and depts attached to the main HQ as such.
She made an appearance just after April and Devon were kidnapped.

are you talking about Kathy Skav ?
she just looked like a secretary type person to me. bit of a difference between an employee and an operative of FLAG.

I'm under the impression that the original Foundation crime fighting unit was Michael and KITT. Because the Foundation couldn't (or didn't want to) fund a second, similar unit. RCIII is as close as we get a second "crime fighting unit". (Unless, you are willing to accept TKR's story lines as an official KR time line. (Because, they started up another country unit in the final episode.))

In the beginning of the episode "Not a Drop to Drink" we see one of FLAG's operatives...i beleive she was an operative and a lawyer...when she couldn't help anymore, Devon called in Michael.

I always believed that FLAG had other orperatives out there, Michael was just, like, the head operative, he got the cases that the others couldn't handle. Maybe the others didn't have a hot car like Kitt, but it would make sense there would be more then one operative, I mean I know Kitt's fast, but even he can't be every where at once.

Then, maybe they branched out slowly over the years to have operatives, in like Canada, or even overseas, or maybe another branch of FLAG over seas, with it's own set of support systems, like Kitt and Michael had Bonnie and the semi. Who knows.

Oh, I'm not saying that Michael and KITT were the only Foundation field agents. Just the only Foundation body guard unit. It's known that there were plenty of scientists and engineers working in the background, doing who knows what. And, it does make sense that there would be people like advanced contacts, counselors and who knows who. But, do they have anyone else who does the dirty work of busting the crooks who are above the law, first hand? I do not believe so. Even Devon and Bonnie were rarly on the "front lines".

If we are including information from TKR into the Knight Rider universe (I haven't been following, i guess many of you try to ignore TKR in the KR universe for some reason), they stated that there was an operative before Michael Knight.... i think it was the Megaman project. Sort of like genetically enhanced operative. (Kind of scary that according to TKR, FLAG was playing with genetics to create a super-person before they decided to build a super car, if i got my information right.)
The whole reason I brought this point up is that no one heard of Megaman before TKR (except Nintendo players, lol), or did they? Was it only me, or was that Megaman in the episode "Mouth of the Snake"? I mean this guy was a superman of sorts in MOTS, he jumped over things (with help of the million-dollar man sound effects) and could run and give KITT a hard time. I mean this guy came out of nowhere and started helping Michael and KITT. Mysterious like. Megaman had these abilities too. Strange. I would rewatch the ep, but the tapes are at my parents house 50 miles away. LOL
I know i am babbling, if I had more time I would revise this, but I believe that is Megaman in the episode of MOTS. Does anyone else have any ideas on this?
P.S. I am sorry for all those who don't accept TKR into the KR universe. I accepted it from day one to be like that.

Sorry, but TKR was developed by a completely different writing team, and wasn't even in the realm of the original, so accepting TKR's version of events as canon is really missing the whole point of Knight Rider.

I always thought the idea of flag was that it was a small "company" set up by Wilton Knight with the idea of ONE man can make a difference.
And in keeping with the philosophy Micheal was the only "one man".
They had lawyers, office staff etc... and no-doubt as they expanded their involvment in certain areas, so too would the staff expanded, but the main perpose of one person helping to fight against people above the law, in my mind, always made the foundation a small specialised group, and probably why the story lines rearly suggested anything different

Perhaps that is why FLAG only handled certain cases

I mean, you couldn't expend MK on cases that any law enforment agency could handle

The opening implies that FLAG only went after criminals the cops couldn't get
