speaker under nose

so i heard someone saying that they put a speaker under the nose for the sound fx, what kind of speaker would go under there and obviously it would have to be water or weather proof. And, how would you wire that so only what you want comes out and not your music?

as far as not hooking up to your stereo?,you could go with a blue tooth set up and down load some stuff to your cell phone?....there is also a cd on ebay with kitt phrases too!
