This user stole video of ME in MY car and did a voice dub in Italian.

He has a fraudulent auction up right now for a 'Knight Rider' Mustang.
It includes pictures of my Orb that I posted here at KRO a while back.
He even includes part of my video in the item description.

I feel sorry for the poor sap that gets scammed buying from him.
In fact MOST of the images he uses are from either mine or KR promo pics from Google.

Wow! He even asks 49.000,00 euro's for it!! What a moron.

I wrote him a take down notice in Italian for using my images and my video to sell his car. I warned him that it was not cool:

MPS studios,
I am the only maker of the Knight 3000 voice orb.
This is a notice of International copyright law remove notice.
If you do not remove my video and pictures from your youtube account and ebay account I will press formal charges applicant to the country you reside. (Italy)

This is what he just e-mailed me:

"HELLO MY ITEM IN ITALIAN is NOT ENTER ANYTHING WITH YOUR COPYRIGHT
I DO NOT WANT PROBLEMS I have enough.
ONE WAS A VIDEO OF ADVERTISING 'No one wants to steal something
CLAUDIO"

I see he made his video private now, but his auction with my pics are still up.
He seems to sell everything from spiderman costumes to other memorabilia.
But I cannot figure for the life of me why he's selling a 'Knight Rider Mustang' with my Orb pictures and pictures of the REAL car taken at the SciFi channel event. (Instead of using his own pics.)
Maybe he is selling the idea of making a KR car to order? I don't know.
Very strange.

It Almost looks as if the auction is a fake useing very realistic looking pics of the car and the dash orb.

that IS messed up, I made a animated gif that took me a few hours to do, capping frame after frame off of a DVD, this was before I found out it was easier to upload a short video clip and edit off what i do not need in the opening or end of it. well some guy put my gif in another website, edited out portions of it and then put his user ID on it as a watermark. I was shown the 'altered' gif by a friend of mine, i posted the original on the same forum where that one was and people accused ME of copying the guy who stole mine from . I know it is not the same thing tao, but when some guy steals yours or mine hard work and passes it off as theirs it ticks me off . I hope you can get the auction shut down or something cause this is NOT right, it does not matter if he is not in the same country, stealing others work is still stealing .

Wow Dave your not alone either,I made an Anime Music Video in 1998 and put it on Animemusicvideos.org just for fun and to share then put up on youtube like in 2006 and then years lata some guy accused me of stealing it from him?I was like no I made it,I spent hours making it,anyway I took it off youtube cuz he kept harassing me about it,also that new copyright thing they had going with the music in the video.

The anime community knows its was mine,but theres guys like that all over.The other problem we have with AMVs is anyone can download any video anyone made from the site and then edit it and make it there own,its kinda downloading a video from Utube and then taking credit for it,which has also happened in the past.Ive also seen the same thing happen at the Anime Convention I work for,it some messed up stuff.
