nOW HERE IS THE CATCH....METHINKS it may be a link to whom was with KARR up & past that of his deactivation incarceration/storage.....there is a plot twist....! good starter for a series of KARR stories b4 he went whacko.

I went through the scene where Devon discusses someone in the same position as Michael Knight named Ken Franklin.He didn't mention the program including the artificially intelligent car.Maybe at that point the team of Devon,Wilton Knight and Ken was all there was to that teamThere were afew different programs There was another program before Michael Knight came along discussed in Team Knight Rider in return of the megaman.He was genetically engineered to run faster,be stronger,enhanced hearing and vision.Wilton had many different projects aside from just what happened with Michael Knight and Kitt.

What could be interesting - how alot of movies and shows are doing the "beginings" - i.e. Smallville, XMEN: Wolverine, Batman, etc....

What if Glen did a series with Hasselhoff about the pre-Knight Rider days. If you remember in the origiinal KR Pilot, Devon said to Wilton Knight that they made Michael Long post-surgery look much like Wilton did in his younder days, thus also the coorelation with Garth.

But now that Hasellhoff is older, he could pick up that role and story.

Its a thought.

It was implied that Ken Franklin was the first driver of KARR. they need to show how KARR went bad.

It was never implied that he was a driver of anything.Just that he was in the same position as Michael meaning that he would be FLAGS main operative with a team by him such as Devon and Bonnie were to Michael.Maybe some higher up power for faking identities and such as other shows are doing for undercover agents to infiltrate a group of criminals ,get in,catch the bad guys with incriminating evidence and get out.Lets not forget that Wilton Knight headed other projects under Flag such as the Megaman mentioned in TKR and now this other operative.Not everything required a talking car.
