Super police car technology (CNN)

Just saw this on CNN website, the police's KITT

The super car only comes in black+white, and features a 15-inch touch screen similar to K3T.
The opening of KR 2008 was played for a few seconds at 2:01 (although the name Knight Rider
was not explicitly mentioned in the video).

does it include Head-up display also?? because if does that, then for sure they have taken the Idea directly from KITT
