knight rider online

I found this on Yahoo and thought it would be something positive to counter all the negative sites and posts out there saying that Knight Rider is already cancelled. The writer lists ten shows that might get cancelled next season but shouldn't. For once, Knight Rider isn't on the list. Of course that could just mean that the writer doesn't consider Knight Rider a show that deserves to return.

It could also mean its a show thats not getting canceled =)

Not a shock. It scored dismal ratings and costs way too much per episode.
Knight Rider is cheaper to produce and got better ratings.

How is this positive? It not being on the list means the writer probably thinks it doesn't deserve to return next season. I would be up for Life to return but after the last episode I would be fine if it ended there because at least to me it seemed like a good place for it to end if it does..

The guy has Rock of Love on there... Can you trust his opinion?

Really, it doesn't matter what people say. The fact that shows like Kings and The Chopping Block(which replaced KR) were canceled after only a few short episodes is proof that KR is most likely going to be back. The show had a full season. Sure there were a few episodes cut from the order, but in reality, Chopping Block failing in the same slot where episodes of KR could have been better speaks volumes. NBC didn't hesitate to cancel Chopping Block even though the show was cheap to produce. Kings was expensive and it was given the ax really fast. KR apparently cost a bit as well but it never got pulled.

I firmly believe that KR will be fine and return for a second season.

the only reason kr did so bad was because of obama, morons that cant sing and the 1 month kr break at christmas time and of course lack of promos if nbc fixes those issues for season 2 than we won have to fight so hard for season 3

IMO, NBC didn't give a s*** about promoting KR, they just let it drop. That's one of the reasons why NBC's shows don't get much viewers. They don't push their programming as much as other networks do. What do you expect to happen? Most people don't really bother to invest their time into a new TV show.

Plus, I think Justin, Deanna, Paul, and Smith can do good acting. It's just that the people behind the camera aren't putting any heart and soul into it. Even the best actors can get bogged down by shoddy behind the scenes work. KR needs more than a retool, it needs more effort put in. I'm more than happy to give NBC creative input, that is, if they hire me.

I dont care about lists and opinions that get out from here and there. I just wait for the official word from NBC. I sure hope that bad peformance of other shows will give KR a push with the management
