day turns into knight

During the part where Mike kidnaps a criminal to take to the 3 women to rescue the foreign diplomat,Mike calls in a protocol Nancy Bravo Charlie 4 which is funny cause thats NBC 4 and never noticed it.Blew my mind away when I watched it last week.
this is funny!!!!! I thought it was some pointles words put together to create some kind of high tech feeling!!!!!
